Network Operations Centers (NOC) can take many forms, from remote banks of screens attended by eagle-eyed experts to the tangle of cables and half-racks packed into that unused office down the hall. In fact, many of our customers, before they were our customers, maintained their own NOCs, with varying degrees of complexity and functionality.

Our NOC is located in Pittsburgh and backed up in our Nashville corporate offices.

Tolerance based and proactive, DCI's NOC serves as the central point of contact for all inquiries regarding IT. We monitor networks and related systems and dispatch on-site support as required.
