Ron is our messaging expert. After several years experience with Lotus Notes, Ron made the move to Exchange and has never looked back. He has nearly 10 years experience dating back to Windows NT 4.0 and has maintained and upgraded his Microsoft certifications through many revisions of the product. He has also maintained his certified trainer skills and has taught hundreds of customers "how to do it right".

To say that John lives and breaths technology is an understatement. His apartment literally is a data center and he probably has more equipment there than many companies. In spite of his resemblance to one of Tony Soprano's henchmen, John is a great guy with tons of experience. In his previous life, he was sole support engineer on a 150-server network and also provided end user support as well. He tells us he used to be a pretty good programmer too.

John's got his Cisco CCNA certification and recently became Unified Communications specialized. He is very knowledgeable in Microsoft and Unix as well.

Joe is a results-driven IT professional with extensive experience exceeding fifteen years in operation, administration and support of information systems. His expertise is in the implementation, analysis, optimization, troubleshooting and documentation of procedures and information. He has strong "hands on" technical knowledge with M.C.S.E and Linux+ certifications.

Joe has held his MCSE since 1998 through many versions of the Microsoft operating systems. He also holds his Linux+ cert since March of 2006.

Doug is the director of NOC services and brings a wealth of experience to the group. An elementary teacher by education, it fits well in guiding the rest of the team. He began his IT career as an application trainer and progressed to delivering high end courses and consulting on Windows NT4.0 and beyond. He is dynamite when it comes to storage solutions as well.
